Bomb attack over NOC

It is sad to know that bomb attack over NOC (Nepal Oil Corporation). It killed 3 people and 7 other were seriously injured with the powerful bomb attack in Babarmahal Kathmandu Nepal. Meanwhile, Samyukta Jatiya Mukti Morcha-Bishwokranti (SJMM), a little known underground outfit, has claimed responsibility for the blast. The group had carried out an explosion at the mobile phone tower in Dhadhing recently.

People were died were Krishna Bahadur Tamang of Baireni in Dhading and Bir Bahadur Tamang and one of them is still unrecognized.Other seven people were injured are Basu Shrestha, 20, of Mugu district, Lal Bahadur Tamang, 65, of Dhading district, Som Bahadur Tamang, 35, Raghu Nath Khadka, 45, of Bhaktapur and Bishnu Pulara of Dhangadi district, Som Bahadur Tamang. Currently they all are in Bir hospital for the medical treatment.

It is so sad news for British Army Gurkhas when it has been announced that 400 British Army Gurkhas are expected to axed among 4200 servicemen. They will lose their jobs over the next 12 months. About 1,000 posts will be axed by the RAF and 300 by the Royal Navy.

Six Nepali rescued from "Costa Concordia" Cruise

Six Nepali who had a 10-days tour package with a scheduled to cruise across Italy, France and Spain arranged by Zest Holiday Inn, Kathmandu experienced a horrible night when the Italy Costa Concordia cruise  got accident on late Friday (13 January 2012). 

Six Nepali who were in Costa Concordia cruise were:-

• Prakash Mohan Bhattarai 41 , and his spouse Rupa Poudel Bhattarai 40, with two sons Prajwal Bhattarai 12 and Rohan Bhattarai 10 and 
• Purnima Shahi 
• Manjula Rajkarnikar

Now, They all are reported they are safe.

It was another best game from Nepal Although it was draw between the game held between Pakistan and Nepal. It was Bharat Khawas who scored the first goal in the game in 37 min and was leading the game till half time but in second half Samar Ishaq scored a second goal in the match in 49 min after giving them a penalty.  Let's hope the best and more nice game from the team.
